1. Payment Terms
We accept multiple forms of payment for your convenience, including credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, Zelle, and business checks.
We offer Net Terms to eligible customers upon approval. Terms eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may require a completed credit application. Customers approved for terms are expected to pay according to the agreed-upon invoice due date. Accounts with repeated late payments may be reviewed and adjusted to prepaid status at our discretion.
2. Deliveries
M and D Distributing provides delivery throughout the entire Phoenix metropolitan area.
We offer free delivery on orders that meet a $199 minimum. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a delivery fee. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery. If a delivery is missed, we will coordinate a new delivery time at no extra charge.
3. Returns and Refunds
Return requests must be made within five (5) business days of delivery. To be eligible for a full credit, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and all returns must be approved by M and D Distributing prior to being accepted.
Special-order items and custom products may not be eligible for return.
4. Order Fulfillment and Availability
All orders are subject to current stock availability. In the event of a temporary stock-out, we will promptly notify you and offer suitable alternatives or backorder options where available.
5. Limitation of Liability
M and D Distributing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or any delays due to factors beyond our control. We are committed to providing reliable service and will work diligently to resolve any issues should they arise.
6. Account Management
We reserve the right to review, adjust, or suspend customer accounts based on payment history, ordering activity, or non-compliance with these terms.
7. No Contract Requirement
Unlike some suppliers, M and D Distributing does not operate on a contractual basis. We believe our service, pricing, and reliability speak for themselves. Our goal is to build long-term business relationships based on trust, consistency, and mutual satisfaction—not binding agreements. You choose to work with us because you value what we bring to your business.
8. Acceptance of Terms
