Pack in operating order
- Food containers, portion cups and lids
- Drink cups, lids, straws and carriers
- Bags, napkins and utensils
- Gloves, sanitizer, towels and liners
Set an event buffer
Estimate transactions by menu mix, then add a deliberate buffer to critical items. Keep extra stock labeled and separate so the team can see when the reserve is opened.
