Terms & conditions.

1. Wholesale accounts

Accounts are opened for businesses purchasing for resale or business use. We may request a government-issued ID or passport, a resale certificate, or other documentation to verify the identity of the account holder before the first delivery.

You are responsible for keeping your account contact, delivery and billing details current.

2. Ordering

Orders may be placed online, by phone at 602-235-0078, by email at sales@mnddistributing.com, or with your sales rep. Pricing is quoted per case and is subject to change based on supplier cost and availability.

Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed. Substitutions are offered when an item is out of stock.

3. Delivery and pick-up

We deliver valley-wide with our own fleet on a scheduled route day. Delivery notes you provide (gate codes, receiving hours, dock or door instructions) are followed whenever possible, but access must be available during the scheduled window.

Someone must be present to receive and sign for the order. Shortages, damages or errors must be noted at delivery and reported within 48 hours.

4. Payment

Unless credit terms have been approved in writing, orders are due on delivery. Approved terms accounts are invoiced to the payment contact on the account.

Past-due balances may result in orders being held. Returned payments may incur a fee.

5. Returns

Unopened, resalable stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Custom printed goods, special-order items and food or beverage products are non-returnable.

6. Custom printed products

Artwork proofs must be approved in writing before production. Once approved, custom orders cannot be canceled or returned. Print runs may vary slightly in quantity and color.

7. Privacy and documents

Information and documents you submit — including ID or passport uploads — are stored securely and used only to verify your account, process orders, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your information.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued ordering after an update constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
